  • First city founded didn't have usual name

I just created a map and started as the Babylonians....when I founded what is usually Babylon, the name that popped up was Uruk. This is the first time I've seen this happen.

...and that was because you started a game, retired, and immediately started another one without quitting Civ2 first

Restarting without leaving can even make a whole new set of extra-cities from the "extra-list".
That happens after (on average) 24 times!!
What if CITIES.TXT supplies only >ONE< city to the Ai's at startup?
Anybody said "NONE", got the general idea!
        Cost-free units for awhile, too.
