No wonder movies in scenarios?

Hello. In the Ultimate Classic version movies don't play after you've built a wonder as long as the game is a scenario (even when you change from normal game to scenario mode, the wonders built the following turn are movieless). A bug, right?

Most scenarios come with an events file that includes a direction 'dontplaywonders'.

Frankly I can't recall if Wonder movies do play in scenarios otherwise (i.e. without this event)!
