Wierd! Riot with Shake's Theater!!

I am playing a game as the English, on the gigamap 'diplomap'.

The Rules.txt is altered to give higher movement to all units.

London had HG, COL, CO, and Shakespeare's theater. I was a Monarchy.

And there was civil disorder in London!! (I had an awful lot of cities, first citizen was a pirate in new cities even with HG)

You may have found the glitch with the Hanging Gardens - if you have too many cities, the happiness actually reverses. Also, sending a unit out of a city will increase happiness there. If this is what is happening, apparently the effects of the HG override those of S's Theatre. Either that, or the actors put on a performance of Oklahoma!

So, HG trumps Shake's --hopefully only until Railroad
