    Or at least, that's what I thought when I read this article.

    Looks good. Hope they use another one and get the job finished.

    Might improve happiness in more than one civ.

            Well, i'll be damned...
            Caravan are still available when that "modern" era wonder is up for grab!!
            Freights get the job done faster, tough...
            I stack about 15 or so of them on a fortified square to fizzle at once SETI and Apollo to ease the pain of waiting for shields to pile-up.
            Isn't it strange how tricky a game can get?
            ... without caravans!
