First you have to find someone called Anzac then you pluck out their eyes and cook them, ie ANZAC Cook Ies (eyes)

Lucky your in the states, its hard to find Anzacs down here wandering the streets now, they keep hiding!

I'm guessing here but it should be armaments and then economics ministers turns correct?

      If so then

      Curt Sibling and then
      Greeny are up.

Just trying to move it along.....

I'm waiting on Curt, he needs to play first so I get his rush-buy requests before I take my turn. If he doesnt show up soon I'll play my turn and set him a budget.

                  Greeny

Why dont you go ahead and Play.

If Curt isn't back by tomorrow (28 april), Ill go ahead and play his turn and finish up the global turn. I dont know about the rest of us but a week is long enough to wait for me.

Let me know what his budget is. And anyone else let me know what the guidance for Arm's minister is? Guidance for priority would be best. I mean I know what he does, I just need to know if there is some latest gouge on priority. Ill double check the Arm's Thread.

Economic Report for month of August 1941.

Good news, the exeptional new Heavy Tank the KV-1 will be avalible to go into mass production next turn, suggest massive rush-buying of these new tanks next turn in cities on or immedeatly behind the front line.

Exelent work comrades, the huge selling of improvements has served the Soviet economy well. Almost all rush-by requests were approved, exeptions: T-34s in Viipuri and Poltova, frieghter in Archangelsh. Not conidered cost-effective considering that KV-1 will be buildable next turn.

                      Tax Rates:
Tax: 50% (up get more money for KV-1s)
Science: 40% (just enough to complete MobileWarfareII)
                      Luxuries: 10%

To Armaments Minister (or stand in): Remember to airlift labour brigades to baku and Groznyy to improve oil production. Budget for this turn 1000(,000) Rubles maximum, but dont feel you need to spend all of that.

To the Marshal: Recommendation: use frieghter in Novovossysi to transport naval infantry and AA units from Batumi to the front (either to Perekop or Rostov) They are currently just sitting there doing nothing while the Rodina is begin violated!

                      Next technology researched should be:
                      Adavanced Flight III

                        Good job Greeny!
Ill take a look tonight and play tomorrow if we cant find Siblingov.

Ill move up the Naval Infantry and figure out what to do in the Urals. And airlift back labor brigades (I never thought of that one.)

                        The Rodina will survive!

I think we should set 3 days as being the max time the Marshal waits on a player's turn esp if there is no word as to when they would play & when that 1 move is holding up the game. This would probably have the average turn taking 0.7-1.5 weeks and that is not a lot to get participants allocating a min of 1 hr every week or so for the game.

Its weird b/c Curt is active and posting elsewhere on the threads maybe he hasn't access to a civ2 PC?

I hope people don't fret to much about the marshal taking your turn in such a case from time to time , we understand that sometimes people are busy/have more important things to do so we won't hold it against you (but you will need to convince the NKVD though, heheheheh)

Marshal don't wait just take it this time around, curt will be back when he can.

Thanks Colwyn I will try to get it played tonight then.

I agree on Curt, he has been posting elsewhere as late as this morning USA time.

Glad you brought up the three days. I was going to suggest 2 days for discussion (same Bump time for PBEM's) but three is fine with me. And the way its working some turns maybe you will go first and other turns you might be last ,so over a week or so, I would hope everyone could find a time to play. (Its not like you have to wait for a particular person to take there turn like a PBEM).

My preference is that if someone is going to be busy they jusyt let us know. It only takes a minute to post, So I guess that will Marshall Knapowsky Directive #1.

                            Here it is

                            Marshall Knapowsky Directive Number 1:

All players will play there turn within three days. If they do not, there turn will be played by others as directed by the Marshall. If someone is busy and they think they can not play they are required to get word to the Marshall somehow.

Hows that? I hope you don't mind me exerting my authority but I am the Marshall for Petes sake.

Now I need to DL the turn and read the Armamnents Thread.
