The official ruling is everyone will talk to everyone and everyone will get along.
For the record the NKVD was given permission to change production values by the Marshall this one turn.
In the future they will make a recommendation in the Econ thread like everyone else and then the front commanders and ministers will have a chance to reclamma before the Marshall makes the changes.
Simple as that now lets all get along and get over it OK?

Alright, you heard the man. The NKVD is hereby opening a new search for the role of Assistant Director. Upon conferring with the General Secretary, an appropriate course of action will be taken.
