While this may please our workers, it is wasteful if it is not needed to keep the city in order. When you present recommendations on how to keep cities in order, could you take note of wasted entertainers in your account and recommend where to switch them to taxmen?

The entertainers were not needed, so they were switched to working. Gives us more resources and such.

You should take a look at Kandalashka, there could be more production in the city.
Also, east of Stalingrad there are two labour brigades building industry on a square not within range of any city.

This was my fault, the labor brigades, good catch Bossy!

I have already talked to Comrade Grenski about it. The units have been cleared of orders this turn and will be moved and reassigned next turn.
