I read once in this forum that somebody had modified some files to make it harder, do you know where can I get them??

I believe Colwyn is working on a harder version of RF, but I didn't think he was finished yet -

Isn't it hard enough already in deity level? God knows we aren't save yet, and we have had luck on several occasion (for example keep Kiev so long).
If he finishes them, I want them too though. I could give it a try.

Yes comrades there is a RF1.5!
It addresses some of the problems that makes RF1.4 too easy for the experienced player who can be in berlin by 43.
I am just finishishing the final beta testing and it will be due out for release in about 3 weeks.
Some things include :
Upgrade path's for t-26 to t-70 to Su76(ignore city walls), cossacks to motorcyle platoon.
Units strength's changed ie antitank has 4 def but only 3 firepower at 45mm.
Panzergrenadiers and motorised inf now have 2 space view
Different locations of bonus resources on map.
etc etc, just wait and see.
It will now be quite hard to be in Berlin by 45.---------------------------------------------
