I can see the sharing of cities between Shaka and Colwyn's fronts causeing more conficts like this.

yes he did, but that may have been before you agreed on building an AA there and he forgot to change his order.

Before you play the final turn please do the following:

Change in Gomel the amount of food so we don't lose the labor brigade (ie 7 food, 5 hunger, no civil disorder)
