                        i double checked with the all powerful ming since i couldn't find it in the FAQ, and he said that it is against the rules since it takes up bandwidth and slows down the site for people with slower connections and that we need an updated FAQ

                        yes it is cool as heck, but we have to be kind to all those people out there who are not as fortunate as you and I

                          Roger that and no problem, I just wanted to make sure. I used in the PBEM's and Ill remove it there as well.
                          And yes I too have much sympathy for dial in guys. I went dsl six months ago and will never go back! Thanks!

                            Economic report for the moth of the revolution!

                            starting funds: 2,541(,000) rubles
                            end funds: 1,960(,000) rubles

                            Tax Rates:

                            Tax: 50%
                            Science: 40%
                            Luxuries: 10%

                            Cossak Cavalry rushbuilt in Belgorad, Kursk and Orel.
                            Anti-tank defences rushbuilt in Borisov.
                            Barracks rushbuilt in Demyansk.
                            Frighter rushbuilt in Krasnovodsk (will enable NKVD and Red Army units to move to front line from Turkmenistan).

                            Observations: Why are two of our labour brigades building industry outside Smolensk when it is about to be surrounded by the enemy?!

                            Armaments Minister or replacement: authorised to spend what little money we have left plus any improvements he sells. REQUEST: rush build airports in cities which will enable the quick transport of labour brigades to the Caucuses where they can finaly begin work on improving oil production.

                            Marshal: Have we come to a consensus yet on wonder construstion?

                            Edit: (if it's allowed) Sell off the anti-tank defences in Kholin, someone is forgeting their scorched earth duties!

                                Ah possibly, I dont remember but seems a bit silly to leave them when the city is empty and will fall next turn.
