Orders as in "I'd like to order some units". Nor 'orders' as in 'do as I say or I will conscript you'.

I'm not happy with the offensive spending. I cannot deliver results without artillery. Rifles and pistols will not destroy the enemy.

EmuGod: I think we should have a discussion about COS's suggestions. I want to hear your opinion of what is needed too.

I'm also officially going to lobby for new units as well. 6,000 is more than enough in the bank, let's spend some more. This doesn't mean you need to spend blindly, I'd like El to justify the "airport" a bit more. But I think the generals will revolt if they don't get more toys.

Each artillery costs 1500 a piece. You're promising offensive weapons to everyone and then you're expecting me to give you that while you want defences too. You're lucky you got as many artillery as you did. I had to use an immigrant to complete a nice WW1 artillery piece last turn for the assault on Akko.

Also, I have much more important stuff to spend on regaridng defence of the Galilee. There just isn't enough production to go around in order to satisfy what you're asking for. If we don't complete defences soon we're going to be in serious trouble once war begins and I guarantee you, we'll need money then to buy American aircraft and Soviet tanks.

Not if you buy incrementally they don't. Wait one turn, rushbuy them incrementally. We'll have 3000/4000 in the bank after we have purchased several units like this.

I'm sure they'd cost less than 500 like that. I need two or three pieces of artillery now, NOW to open up the Tiberias corridor and close the gap between the coast and the Jordan.

              hi ,

indeed thats the trick , oreder a unit in a city , wait to rush it next turn , ......

but it would be better to buy units overseas and focus for now on our own infrastructure , .......

              have a nice day

For January, this is all I ask:

Important The amassing of both palesinian and Egyptian (?!!) Artillery units near Beit Shean, in the Valley sector. I urge the civilian authorities to hasten the completion of training and production of a fast, flexible, Irgun unit in the area.

I could always use some artillery to raze the Dome of the Rock, or just to desecrate it if the politicians don't want to offend Muslims too much.

Hmmm, I suggest you yell and scream as much as necessary to INFLUENCE the defense policy, ESPECIALLY if Im going to be playing the turn on any regular basis.

                            *Hint, Hint*

Unless we use the money to nuke Baltimore (football), we should save it for tanks.
