Eilat is a resort city. Transferring commanders to Eilat is just more inscentive not to play the turns. BTW, have we removed Arab spies or not? If not, we're not going to be able to hold Eilat.

I think the vote is to remove the spies. Does anyone know how to remove them?

I do realize regular units can bribe, but they do it less often.
