          actually we have a run off, and then the cabinet votes. but i'm willing to skip all that, the whole process just isn't worth it in my opinion.

              How about I offer to withdraw my vote, thereby breaking the tie? I was drunk when I voted.

                  It's a secret, who I voted for. But it's sort of a King Solomon's solution... the candidate who protests the most shouldn't be elected, anyway
