Foriegn Minister's Report: 1868, for Vikings, and China.

The world hates us, so let it be it isn't getting any better! Make peace, if possible, and try not to get killed. And I'm going to put all the civ in the same poll, and you have 3 days, and I'll take request for pics.

Vikings- Republic, 829 gold, Cap: Trondheim, and researching: Magnetism . Contact with us, (so pay them a visit,) and allied with the Celts, Mongolians, and the Carths, and no new techs.

China- Republic, 909 gold, Cap: Beijing, and researching: Steel. At Peace with us and allied with the Japs, and no new techs.

Neither Civ is a threat and both are at peace atm. China is much closer so with our current navy, would be a much better trading partner. (not to mention we have to traverse Mongol waters to get to the Vikings with our current trade lanes on the sea). We are aiming for an AC victory, so there really isn't a need to go to war with anyone unnecessarily

leave them be, in the past the chinese have proved to be valuable trading partners, lets keep it that way
