The world hates us, so let it be it isn't getting any better! Make peace, if possible, and try not to get killed. And I'm going to put all the civ in the same poll, and you have 3 days, and I'll take request for pics.

Celts- Republic, 2039 gold, Cap: Armagh, and researching: Combustion. At war with us, allied with the Mongolians and Vikings, and the only tech they have that we don't is Amphibious Warfare.

Japs- Republic, 2438 gold, Cap: Kyoto, and researching: Tactics. At peace with us, and allied with the Carths and China, no new techs.

Since our goal is to go to space, rather than conquer the world, war would only dissipate our efforts.

Make peace and trade... preferably with heavily escorted shipchains

Stealing Amphibious Warfare does nothing for us, unless we want to build Port Facilities for vet ships
