  • Foriegn Minister Report on Celts 1800AD

We're at war with them and they're allied with others who are at war with us. A peace treaty wouldn't be worth the toilet paper it would be written on.

the only white tech they have is leadership, so it doesn't matter too much, does it?

They are way across the globe, IIRC, so a major assault would be costly and tough to pull off. Better to kill their units that come near us, intercept transports, and eventually let them offer peace. As pointed out, however, we have little to gain from a peace treaty, since it will only be broken.

In the meantime, if we can safeguard the movement of our trade transports, let's keep sending them caravans.

controlling the seas is important if were going to risk our resources on caravans..last thing we want is a transport loaded with freight being sunk

perhaps right before we send over our ships laden with our sweat shops handy work, we should make contact and hopefully extract some $$ for peace.
