Maybe I always tend to capture barb cities myself a little too quickly to see it (cheaply bribed and draws the other Civ's attention to have a city of mine on their home continent when waging wars). I'm just too keen to wreak mayhem - long live fundamentalism!

explorers ? as in the unit.? i suggest a boat with two dips and bribe some of those barbs...and or the city....

with a city down there we can keep a better eye on them ....

but i would rather get the non muskets myself
