October Elections: Minister of Science

As there was originally no one running for this position, I offered to run for it. I also decided that the presidential runners-up should have a shot at it. If the Presidential runner-up wins the election, the 3rd place candidate will have the option of taking this office or declining it.

Well it looks like the people have confidence in me, considering I didn't do any campaigning. Hopefully we'll be able to do just fine this term.
