        If we're going for a Rep. govt, we will want to start with HG so we can achieve easy, fast growth as an early Republic. The AI likes it too, so let's

        GO POTTERY!

                If we want to go for repres.Govs. then we have to bare in mind our "non-exsistent" amount of shields and the always unhappy citizens--> we need happiness-wonders(especially since we are building cities at high speed).
                --> GO POTTERY.

                      As other civ's have with no doubt started on wonders the only way to beat them to the early wonders is to rushbuild them with caravans.

                      And in rep its much more benificial to have traderoutes in place then it is to have happy wonders.

                        I suggest using high value trade goods for overseas routes, and the lesser stuff for the Wonders. OK, so that is pretty obvious. But i think there is value in making sure most of our cities have a trade route with Capitol (when they are large enough that it matters) and that we make it a point to grow Capitol to a size and trade production where that helps them.

                        It's nice to use Caravans to rushbuild Wonders, but we can have trade routes and *take* some Wonders, too. Let the other civs build them (though there are a couple we should build ourselves to make sure we get them early enough to be useful.

                          I would forget about building any of the early wonders, we will have to take the ones we need by force as our slow start has left us to far behind in techs, we will catch up quickly by skillfully using the mighty caravan

                          King Hydey says rescearch Trade ASAP or else.

                            Wirting, Pottery, trade. In that older, becasue then we can have the CAP. Build it and the other cities build carvans. And gets a ahead start.

                              MASONRY

                              Building/Having the Pyramids boosts growth! This will ensure good trade routes.
