Well, kids, sad to say, but the clock on the clubhouse wall says it's time to go.
Go where, you say? To go offline for 16 days!!

I've done everything I could this week to get caught up with the glorious History of Apoytonia, but it just isn't gonna happen.
    Sorry, shade !!
    Cavebear, it's up to you...

I'm disappointed that I never got caught up, because this game is well worth documenting. For a "government by committee" we've done really well -- a lot better than most of my solo games (admittedly, that's not saying much). Maybe if I spent more time writing and less time cruising all the Civ2 forums...

Oh, well. What's done is done. And what's not, not.

I trust that our newly elected President MrWIA and the High Council will have completed the mop-up operations on the Carthaginians and Babylonians by the time I get back to my computer on about July 20.

Best of luck to all. It's been fun.

      Farewell, Noble Historian -Jrabbit.

You have brought honour to a position once inhabited by the terminally asleep... (*cough Albert cough*)

We shall miss your entertaining and highly educational anecdotes, and sincerely hope that you can return to Apolytonia to be a citizen once again.

      So long.

      (salute from the Nation)

      Premier of Apolytonia
      MrWIA.
      Consul.

Back to the ROOTS of addiction. My first missed poll!

But those who conquer get to write the history.
