                    everyone may continue to vote in the poll, but i've already sent in my reccomendation to the premier, so your vote really doesn't count anymore, thanks to the 17 others who helped shape our science research in such a major way for the rest of the game.

                        we have all the weapons we're ever going to need! i say squash the opponents capitals and bribe their remaining citizens! or we could just let them do the research while our wealth grows and simply steal technologies from them!
