    We appear to have an excess of Triremes, and Nalduria is building another. Building *any* military unit will knowck the city shield production to One per turn.

    Should we change to another unit? Build something different and lose half of the 6 shields already invested?

    You just can't have too many diplomats or caravans. No production support and no loss of already-invested shields. Plus, either would support plans of other ministers (embassies or trade/WoW).

      No, we may choose a non-penalty alternative : no improvement but an unit using equal or more shields, as Caravans !

        caravans or diplo's seem best choice...

        caravans can be converted to a comming wonder or Gold.

            In accordance with my job title, I should vote for settler. However, we already have enough settlers for the one city we should build before getting Mikes Chapel. Therefore, I voted for a caravan, to help us get the chapel.

              Give us more diplomats

              I vote for more diplomats so we can build embassies with other civs and find out more about them and what they have that we might need
