I would to build lovely embasies in the lands of our enemies/ friends this would enable us to use our diplomats/ spies to greater effect.

I would use my diplomacy skills to enourage other civs to share knowledge with us or at least not let them be infront of us.

I would use these embasies and diplomats to make our President the greatest ruler of all time.
