We must muster more experience; the CivFanatics people have somewhat more experience on dem games, and I fear that we might get a beating.
Of course, once we get one two games through safe and sound, I am sure the Fanatics will feel sorry they started the whole thing.

Why would you play a demo game on a per turn bases? That indeed would be very boring.The idea is that the leader's play each ten turn's in mp after the two day's that the people are polled.After those ten turn's leader's inform the public ,start poll's and discussion's.After 2 day's the leader's meet again and play another ten turn's based onto the decission's.
this rate is even flexible.One can (with enough organization) run decission or poll queu's wich can poll people on decission's for the next 25 turn's for ex. .Afcourse ,the more the rate is expanded at a democracy game the more difficult as people to decide on a set of poll's with having the guarantee's that it will be worked out ,and not get obsolete by a new in game situation.
I think a standard rate of play for demo game's is 10turn's every 2 day's.The rate is preferably expanded at the beginning and decreased in a war situation.I advice a rate of 5 turn's every 2 days in a war situation ,and afcourese general strategy poll's rather than unit poll's.
And leader's of a nation should have a chatroom to make at turn decission's.That way you would have about ten representative's of each nation in their own chatroom while playing the turn's ,with the pres. explaining the situation.
