Hear me citizens! We are an impoverished nation without a treasury, we are unable to make commerce and speed the construction of units. It is imperative that we commence the stockpiling of resources in the palace.
As much as I suggest that the tax rate is set at 40% I stand by our science minister in his knowledge that science is the key to our prosperity as a nation and as such I call upon thee to renounce luxuries. We must sacrifice ourselves in order to make our nation grow and as such, we must enact a tax rate that will allow the resources of our nation to be channeled into the palace to be stockpiled and put to good use in the future.
