I think we could start with a small number, and just let newcomers join in. Maybe hold new elections if a certain threshold is crossed?

I think it should be posible to start with a small group of members. And as the game goes on new members can join.

Agreed. And I seriously doubt we will ever reach over 100 members. But if this happens, I ask you not to take me to the gallows for saying this.

I think we should start as soon as every office has (at least) a nominated. We still haven't found a vict... em, a candidate for the presidence!

I agree, once all the positions are filled for the cabinent we should start the game. The ammount of members currently seems to be healthy, and hopefully will improve (this isn't exactly a very taxing game, for most involved it only requires reading a few boards, and that means participation should be high)
