there must be some opposition, certainly nice if we can pinpoint it exactly .

Hydey, when we elect you to an office, you just abandon us. You may have your reasons, but it doesn't help us much. We will value you as a Citizen with wise advice though.

No problem. From our past demo games, you wouldn't have been expecting to find a posted game file. We are trying it as an experiment this game.

I suspect, from the city names, that there are Sioux east of us between our colony cities and the Egyptians and that the Egytians have been conquoring their way west a bit through the Sioux. In my experience, the Sioux are not good people to attack, though you may know more about them than I do. We are allied with the Celts (west of Apolytonia). But if they are fighting the Egyptians to the east, they may have weak defenses on our side. An Explorer may reveal some cities without engaging defenses. Just something to consider.

Taking a look around the new land exposed by our acquisition on Celtic maps, we see nothing but Celtiv naval units. We can probably sail the seas around us and in their direction safely for a while. Eventually, we will have to confront the Celts before time runs out.

We should consider capturing some Wonder cities for the advantages of those Wonders. But it may be that gainig techs by capturing cities will be best.

I await your judgement on these matters. And the judgements of all other Citizens. We haven't much time left.

thats right , I was elected to start off this game, I did so but when I came to post the resulting save you had organised to give me the arse from the game.

let the (Democracy) Cavebear game continue

                      I came, I saw and I ....
                      we are still alive?

I think warfare will be out of the question for a while(or we would have to conquer a city by accident)

                        I have 2 little questions,
1)we are playing a bloodlust game, is it? euhm is the bloodlust option toggled? or will we have to hurry zo no AI accidentaly wins by launching a spaceship?

                        2) when would our most enlightened consul wish to see polls?

We have mobile warfare now so no problem, there are less then 7 civs so just invade their cap. (Also works when there are 7 but then the civ doesnt split)

                          Ah, finaly a challenging demogame

yes we have mobile warfare...but for the rest we are just a bunch of rockthrowing retards (it was a gift)...The capital seems like a city with some options but our other cities are size 1/2/3 babies :s

There will be a lot of work to get some defenses up.

I don't think the bloodlust option was toggled, and I am not near the game now to try and find out. But I think the AI could launch a SS even if we have decided not to allow ourselves that luxury.

Polls can be placed as soon as the elections are officially over, (tomorrow). But you can certainly *plan* them now to be prepared.
