For the moment, real life has interrupted my duties as City Planner. I'm moving into a new apartment and classes will start up in less than a week. I haven't even had a chance to look at the save. Sorry for the inconvienience. Hopefully I will be able to get enough time to do my job sometime this weekend.

Well, I'm back but I'm still extremely busy. Plus, I'm going to be gone for the weekend, so it looks like I still won't have a chance to post polls and manage our cities.
