Our troops have been wondering what should there actions be when meeting other civs.
With the absents of diplomats (we can't write yet) all diplomacy will need to be handled by our armed service personnel.
Could the minister of Foriegn affairs please give our troops an indication of which direction we should take.
should we just attack first and ask questions later.
or should we ask questions first , get what we can from them and attack later.
perhaps a poll is needed unless you already know the peoples wishes and then just a comment is needed.
