Temporary IRC channel: #apolyton @ DALnet

Several hours after Poly went down and it looked like it would be down for quite sometime, the old #apolyton channel of DALnet came back into service as a replacement. The word has spread fast so it's not a channel with 1-2 persons. I assume we'll be operating until the ACS IRC server returns.

server: irc.dal.net:6667 (random server)
channel: #apolyton
