New Obtain-Permission-For-Custom-Avatar System

Actually we can see some posts like my past "I agree " but more elaborate like:

There's a solution? Yes, and I propose TWO.

-FIRST SYSTEM-

(complex)

1 user can receive votes of registered users, these votes only can have three values: -1, +1 and +2.

Each user only could vote 1 time each day.

If a user receive negative values more than 3 days, the -1 possibility will be locked until 3 days have past (for avoid "everybody: attack him").

When the user reach 100, he can have the Custom Avatar ALWAYS.

Only users with custom avatar can vote (actual users with avatar will be upgraded).

Levels are:

-50 ~ -1 Barbarian
0 ~ 25 Settler
26 ~ 100 Chief
101 ~ 300 Prince
201 ~ 500 King
501 ~ 998 Emperor
999 Deity

With this, a user only can receive 5 votations per day (+10 or -5 in the worst case), so a person need 10 days for have the custom avatar.

-SECOND SYSTEM-

(easier)

The text lenght of the post change the points obtained:

less than 250 characters = 0 points
250 or more characters = 1 point

(in place of 500 posts, a person just need 300)
