How do you join a civgroup? I just recently started up a couple nations of NationStates and look to expand my participation at the site...so how do I join the civgroup for it (and dare I say it) get the nifty icon!

On a side note, it is good that the CivGroups link (first one in SD's post) now lists the names of the groups as well as the other info.
