Often times I want to go to Apolyton to see if there is any news. The problem that I find is that by simply going to the front page to see the news that the server recognizes me logging in.

The problem with this is that when I come back later to go to the forums I am told that there are no new posts. It would be easier to have it so that logging on to the front page for news would not register as a hit on the forums. I am not sure how easy it would be but if possible it would be much appreciated.

You can always disable auto login in the Control panel -> options menu.

Yes, which is what I have done from time to time but I do like being automatically logged in when I visit the forums. But I will go back to the logout choice if I need to.

It would be a nice feature if you have an option in your user control panel that you can disable the auto mark read feature so that you can decide on your own when all new posts should be marked as read.
