Where/which is the "official" Iraq war thread

Sorry to bother you but Ming has stuck a thread on the OT saying no more Iraq war threads and directing those who want to talk about the war to the "official" thread - but noone knows which thread that is

He didn't post a link in his notice and a mod closed my thread without pointing it out either. A lot of people want to post about Iraq.

This is getting quite ridiculous - is there an "official" Iraq thread or not? If there is, can someone post a link please? If there isn't, what the heck is Ming playing at?
