Why was the Welsh thread closed?

Why was Bod's welsh thread closed? We've had all other kinds of language threads... I'm studying welsh, so that would have been a very interesting thread for me.

You don't know welsh MarkG, so its automatically labeled spam?

Ming can start a spamfest last night, but Bod's can't speak welsh...

Seems a bit odd to me...
