  • Opera 7 Beta Released

Yay, the beta of Opera 7 has been released and it is mighty cool. Note the navigation toolbar in the screenshot that is compiled from LINK elements by the browser, the site icons in the window bar, and the rest of the leet stuff.

But what has it got to do with Apolyton?
I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

Markos / Dan have to take care of ANOTHER browser when they put new stuff on the site

I wish all those browsers would be gone and everybody would use MSIE 6.0.
It would make the web a better place!

Actually, no. The minute that happens Micro$oft would start charging money for its browsers again...

            That might be true......
Let there be one competitor left over that uses exactly the same code, what about that.....

Alternatively, Microsoft could start complying to W3C standards itself...

I didn't want to post this in Other Games.

I wish MSIE 6.0 would go away and everyone would use real browsers.

You try to tell Cyber$hy THAT?? He thinks that IE is the standard and we should all bow down to its power...

AFAICS MS does comply to W3C, but gives more options.
And I really hope not that those cool MS code options will be removed.

If you like it or not doesn't matter, fact is indeed that MSIE is the standard right now. about 90% of the people uses it. (if not more)

Asher, stop doing that. CyberShy won't like it when he gets to know that his account has been cracked.

Not going back, too many features missing.

You never had a customer complain that his site looked different on his neighbours' computer? F**k those cool MS options, no one is waiting for them.
