The network segment that Settler, our server, is, was down at around 13:00 Apolyton time(EST) for 20 minutes. The problem came for a few seconds just a couple of minutes ago, but should be totally over shortly as our server and network connection provider is solving the problem.
We'd like to note that Settler is unrelated to the issue and continues it's over 99.5% uptime.
