Thanks guys, and sorry for the delay in responding here! In celebration of the MOST unexpectedly good review, Nancy and I headed to our little mountain retreat in Saluda, NC, and have just now returned. Thanks to FP for the assist on the link, and as to signed copies available at 'poly....
