Disappearing avatars....?

This hasn't affected me YET, but I noticed some avatars have disappeared, namely ixnay and TKG.

To quote the Hurricane: "What's up wit' dat?"

EDIT: Correction. The problem is not limited to these two, but extends to at least GodKing, Apocalypse, UberKruX and UnOrthOdOx also.

It looks fine to me now. Sometimes, though, I get this problem when I view from campus. Perhaps it has to do with the later or earlier editions of internet browsers.

I haven't noticed their avatars disappearence at all. I think that they have allways been there...

Some people (inc. myself and MWIA) have the standard X in a box for some of the avatars.

It's happening again!

This happens to be frequently, not just at Apolyton. It is just an overload in information coming through the connection and some things don't get downloaded.

Isn't it to do with the type of image. *.gif, *.jpg etc. I had that problem about a year ago with certain types of attachments not showing up.

Sometimes Proxomitron seems to block certain avatars.

Do they display if you right click and select "Show Picture"? I'm not having any problems.
