  • Apolyton and Opera problems...again =\

I'm currently experiencing the same problem I experienced quite some time ago with Opera.

The page loads up to 16/17% and then won't load further. I'm only experiencing this with Apolyton =\

I have this problem with the newest versions of Opera, 6.05 for Windows and 6.03 for Linux (I'm currently viewing Apolyton with Galeon and it works fine under IE in Windows as well).

Was something changed at Apolyton what could have caused this, and are other Opera users experiencing it as well?

I'm getting it too (using Mozilla now). It seems that the pages are over a megabyte in size, at least the progress bar says '1,1 megabytes transferred'. At that point I decided I'd better switch browsers for a while. My version is the newest one for Windows, 6.05.
Cake and grief counseling will be available at the conclusion of the test. Thank you for helping us help you help us all!

first happened yesterday, still lasts. I have no idea what causes it

OK, somehow it's working fine again now.

Is it working again for you as well, Kass and Vet?

It's working. I had the reloading thingy too, except that when I stopped it didn't show me anything from the page.

But it's gone, at least for now.

(despite some people saying that we're sick of apolyton and want to destroy it ) we've upgraded our verision of PHP on the server leaving some issues to reconfigure....

please report any issues that might continue...

I have the same problem as Zopski in Opera 6.04. Although I took the screenshot at 1.32 minutes I could have taken it an hour later with the same result. The page stops loading at around 75-80 kB.

hmm after some browing i got what Hueij shows, but the page HAS loaded. between the fact that everything on the page appears ok, the "page loading time" has been calculated which means that for at least a part of Opera the page has fully loaded.

Opera is cool.......after 2 weeks or so if you have to use IE to view a site you will miss the mouse gestures like crazy.

I did have problems with 6.01 and apolyton.......but then they went away, never to return.
