There's one where a guy is waving a wand, and it slows my PIII 800 Mhz 128 MB RAM computer to a crawl

I like the default style, i don't want to change...can we get rid of ads like this?

You just have to be quick. I've managed to hone my skills so that I can close most popups before they fully load.

Set Opera to load all pop-ups in the background and close them by right-clicking on the window bar at leisure. Alternatively, you can set them to not load at all, but that feature is better implemented in Mozilla.

Of course, most pop-ups don't load on my computer now that I've added kazaa lite's suggested hosts remappings.
