  • Quick Registration Form

Ok, so there's one on the main forum page when you're not logged in, fair enough.

Then there's one on the "There is no newer theads" page (and I assume on the "There is no older threads" page, though I've never bothered to check.) whether you're logged in or not. *shrug* odd, I thought.

But there is also one on the flood control page, which you can't even see until you're registered, activated, logged in, and posting like a demon. Why??

    Its entrapment for DL creation.

Anyone who uses it is an obvious DL.

Thats a dubious reason at best.

Well for me, I see the quick registration form and think "Damn, I'm not logged in properly." Then realise its the old 30-second screen.
The problem is that both screens are a possibility, and extra attention is needed to determine which is which. Not much, true, but it is unnecessary.
