How long have posts not counted in the off topic forum? I mean, I know its been that way since I joined, but when did the transition get made? I've been posting there more recently and have noticed lots of emperors who I have never or rarely seen post on topic. Of course these guys could have posted on topic lots in days gone by.........

I see. Perhaps that lists guy (Darkcloud is it?) should have a section in his list of users' post counts for posters joining after this time.
