Probably just another Civ III bug.About 24,000 people die every day from hunger or hunger-related causes. With a simple click daily at the Hunger Site you can provide food for those who need it. -

Hm. Every time I use traceroute I am more baffled by the peculiarities of the IP. Have a look at this (I know traceroutes are rarely of much use for finding out about dropped servers, but this specimen just strikes me as pretty damn weird):
