What´s wrong with the Civ3 files forum?

I tried to post a thread, but received the message shown on the attachement - you´re not logged in, blabla - of course I was logged in (I posted this without a new login procedure), and an attempt to register (I thought thats something special only for the files forum) ended here:

"Our records show that you have already registered at this board under the name of BeBro. If you have lost your password, click here. If you would like to modify your profile, click here."

How can I post there? Or did I miss something, are there any restrictions for the files forum?
