It has been there a few days, I guess, and I can't find a thread dealing with it here.
On the Civ3 page of the site, where you can download the patches, on the second-to-last post (one on the v1.29f editor screens), the attached images partially obscure some of the v1.21f downloads in that column on the right hand side.
Just calling it to your attention before it causes anyone any problems.
