Yes, this guy named Apocalypse made a thread in that forum exactly a month earlier stating that if silly off topic threads like the I Club continued, the forums would go down. For over a week people went without an official SMAC forum. During the time it was down, I launched my SMAC site The Alpha Centauri Nexus along with information about the down time provided by co-webmaster Rich "Yo Yo Yo Hey" Junack. Beyond Alpha Centauri reported this and got us a lot of traffic. This led to Kunal "whister/kshah" Shah finding the site and recruiting it for Sidgames. When the owo forums came up, everyone called what I posted a prophecy. It is all part of the NIM phemonenom.

Scotland, like England, is a country, it just isn't an independent nations.

Wales on the other hand is not a country, 'merely' a principality.

It's only a flag. It just represents a group of people. So unless you're trying to reinforce the belief that they are not a valid group of people and something less, just live and let live. Or do you fear it?

Obviously their are other groups' flags listed that aren't countries, and it's unreasonably to expect that every possible group be liisted. I'm sure it came as a package and they just made the whole list available.

What's the difference? Both Scotland and Wales were independent nations subsumed by England, both have their own assembly. It's just that Wales was subsumed a long time before Scotland was.
