    where can one find smileys on the net anyways.....is there lke a universal site..or do you just come across them at other peoples sites like this and import them from there??

        There are specialized smilies sites, www.smilies.nl is one of them for example.
        Just type "smilies" in Google and you'll find a good deal of smilies sites.

        And sometimes you do stumble onto something cool at another bulletin board

          yes i have noticed different sites use different smileys...i alwayswondered where they came from..someone obviously makes them though

                        It has nothing to do with the smilies involved and everything to do with the fact that the smilie code parses from right to left.
