      I have noticed some sluggishness from time to time.

      Although I cannot rule out my comp and my ISP.

      Not as quick as when it was shiny and new and hosted on my computer.

        Erm... didn't the server go down just an hour ago? It was for a short period of time, true, but it did go down!

          only apache was down for a 5-6 minutes(i know, it looked like a whole hour to you )

              A website's not too useful if you can't connect to its WWW part, even if it would answer to ping...

                  Granted, but this was true for less than 10 out of 604,800 minutes (total minutes in one week). Consider it time for a bathroom or sandwich break or something...
