Art of War site still exists

The defunct (I assume) Art of War site is not linked to anywhere I could find, but still hosted here: http://aow.apolyton.net/

Is it supposed to be listed or is it supposed to be gone? It seems to be hovering in some sort of internet-limbo right now.

actually it still linked in the "apolyton links" drop-down menus appearing in some parts of the site

the site still exists, in the sense that it's files are online. it's not updated though
